Surveen Chawla, the leading actress who maintains a strong presence in both Pollywood as well as Bollywood, left everyone surprised by revealing that she had been married for two years but chose to keep it a secret.

Talking to the media persons about keeping her marital status under wraps, Surveen Chawla said, “It was a personal choice to not talk about the marriage. We wanted to break the news just before our Indian wedding, which was scheduled to take place this month. However, we had to postpone it to 2018, following a loss in the family. But I soon crossed that bridge and realised that a talented actor will shine irrespective of her marital status”.

The actress, who’ll soon be seen in an upcoming web series “Haq Se”, has appeared as leading lady in many Punjabi films like ‘Singh vs Kaur, Disco Singh, Dharti, Saadi Love Story etc. Well, she has proved beyond a doubt that the marital status of an actress does not make her any less of an artist.
