The Teaser Of ‘Sadak 2’ Is Out & Everyone Is Excited. Here’s Are The Details

Veteran film director Mahesh Bhatt is making his comeback into direction as he has decide to direct actors Alia Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in ‘Sadak 2’.

‘Sadak 2’ is a sequel to 1991 hit film ‘Sadak’, which was also directed by Mahesh Bhatt.

Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter, Alai Bhatt, who will also play an important role in ‘Sadak 2’, confirmed this news by sharing a teaser on her social media handle.

Alia posted a video on Twitter and wrote, “SADAK 2 @MaheshNBhatt @PoojaB1972 @duttsanjay #AdityaRoyKapur #MukeshBhatt @VisheshFilms #Sadak2….” In the video, few clips of the original movie, Sadak, plays out and eventually, it unfolds into its sequel, Sadak 2.

Alia’s sister, Pooja Bhatt, too announced Sadak 2 on Twitter as she wrote, “And he’s back!To breathe new life into our souls & to breathe more soul into our lives.I thought b’days were about receiving presents Pops & there you go and turn that on it’s head by giving us a gift instead-the gift of Sadak2 & the privilege of being directed by you. Shukriya!”

Interestingly in ‘Sadak 2’, Alia Bhatt will be working with father Mahesh Bhatt for the first time and also she will be sharing a screen space with Pooja Bhatt for the first time.

In the 1991 hit film ‘Sadak’, Pooja Bhatt played the role of a sex worker while Sanjay Dutt played her love interest.

According to reports, ‘Sadak’ was the second-highest grossing Hindi movie of the year 1991 and now with such a spectacular cast on board for the sequel, we are sure the movie will break all the records of the film industry.

According to the teaser, ‘Sadak 2’ will hit the silver screens in March 2020.
