Video: The Making Of Iconic Bachelor Anthem 'Shadaa Title Track' By Diljit Dosanjh
After creating history in the Punjabi industry with ‘Shadaa’, the makers have released a ‘Behind The Scenes’ video of the title track. The title track garnered love from music lovers around the globe as soon as it was released. Penned down by Happy Raikoti, the vocals are given by Diljit Dosanjh.
Overjoyed with the response on the movie, Diljit shared ‘Shadaa Title Song- Behind The Scenes’ and captioned the video as “SHADAA SHADAA HISTORY ✊”
In the making, director Jagdeep Sidhu and choreographer Arvind Thakur are seen sharing their experience with the song. Jagdeep says, “We were clear from earlier that we have to create a title track for Shadaa’. Meanwhile, Diljit shares, ‘I wanted to dress like Malkit Singh. The song inspired by (Amar Singh) Chamkila, and dress by Malkit Sir’.
The title song is a Punjabi folk bhangra song, with Nick Dhammu’s music. The song describes the state of bachelors well, with their choice of being unmarried and stress free.
Besides, Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa starrer ‘Shadaa’ has been shattering all the previous box office records from day one. The film, released on June 21, has received positive reviews from fans and is unstoppable at the box office. The film has minted Rs 40 crore worldwide in just 10 days of its release.
‘Shadaa’ is the fourth film of Diljit and Neeru together after delivering superhit films like ‘Jatt & Juliet’, ‘Jatt & Juliet 2’, and ‘Sardaar Ji’.
