#WelcomeBackAbhinandan: Here Is How Celebs Are Celebrating The Pilot's Homecoming
As soon as Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan announced today that Indian pilot Abhinandan will be released tomorrow as a peace gesture, i.e., March 1, Twitterati are clearly dancing with joy. Wing Commander Abhinandan is in Pakistan custody since Wednesday morning as he landed on the other side of the LoC after his plane crashed on Wednesday.
While earlier, Indian celebrities were tweeting and praying for the safety of their pilot Abhinandan, now they are celebrating his homecoming and welcoming him.
Until yesterday, hashtag #BringBackAbhinandan was trending, in the hope of and urge to get our pilot back to the nation. But in nearly no time of PM Imran Khan's announcement, hashtag #WelcomeBackAbhinandan started trending on Twitter.
Here is how Hindi and Punjabi industry celebrities took down to social media to welcome Abhinandan back and praise Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on his decision.
What a gesture @ImranKhanPTI! So proud of our country, it’s armed forces and its people. The world should stand a witness to the new mindset in Pakistan. That of PEACE which can prove to be the most substantial asset in bringing much awaited stability and progress in the region. https://t.co/f3UPHCJArz
