Yuvraj Singh, who last donned the Indian jersey in 2017 during a T20I match against England, announced his decision in a press conference in Mumbai.

“After 25 years in and around the 22 yards and almost 17 years of international cricket on and off, I have decided to move on. This game taught me how to fight, how to fall, to dust off, to get up again and move forward,” he said at a press conference in Mumbai.

Yuvraj Singh will always be remembered for hitting 6 consecutive sixes off Stuard Broad in a T20 match against England. Besides, he was the main hero behind India’s World Cup victory in 2011.
