Babbal Rai’s latest Punjabi song ‘Mai Terra Akshay’ has already fetched over 4 million  views on YouTube since its release on September 15. Besides, the song is at No 4 on the trending list on the video sharing platform.

The song is a party number and it will make you tap your feet to the groovy beats.

Lyrics of the song 'Mai Terra Akshay' are written by Jaani. This is Janni’s second beat number after ‘Pasand Jatt Di’ from the upcoming film Qismat.

Besides Babbal Rai, the song also features well-known rapper Bohemia.

The video song is directed by Baljit Singh Deo and its music is given by B Praak.
