'Besties' Sara Alia Khan and Janhvi Kapoor had 'near-death' experience in Kedarnath

Bollywood divas Sara Ali Khan and Jahnvi Kapoor apparently besties appeared for Karan Johar's 'Koffee With Karan' Season 7 and set the made shocking revelations. 

During the second episode of Karan Johar show 'Koffee With Karan season 7', Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor revealed how they became close friends and they went on a vacation together.

The duo had gone trekking in Kedarnath where they faced a near-death experience. Sara Ali Khan said they decided to go to Bhairavnath where there was a normal path for walking.

However, the duo thought themselves to be better and chose to hike instead. She further said that there was an 85 incline of just rocks seeing which Janhvi said 'Let us just climb this'.

Sara also said that she didn't want to go but she also didn't want to be a buzzkill. Therefore, she said yes to Janhvi's idea of climbing up the cliff.

Both of them started climbing up till a point where the rocks were shaking. Sara said she kept telling Janhvi that she think they are going to fall.

'Kedarnath' actress further narrated that they found solace in a passerby who was one of their fans. He, however, just took pictures with them and was of no help.

Then, Janhvi said, her security guard Mahesh Ji reached there after 30 minutes to help and he called the Special Forces to rescue them.

Janhvi further said that she almost froze inside the hotel that Sara had booked as Sara was supposed to take care of bookings. She said Sara chose a hotel that had no heater just to save Rs 6,000!
