NOMIANTIONS & CATEGORIES

The nomination list of Oscars 2023 includes A-listers from the entertainment industry which was announced on March 7, 2023. Among all the fabulous nominees, RRR's song 'Naatu Naatu' made it to the 'Best Original Song' including other two Indian documentaries 'All That Breathes' and 'The Elephant Whisperers' under the 'Best Documentary Feature Film' and the 'Best Documentary Short Film' respectively.

Apart from this, the other nomination includes 'Avatar-The Way of Water', 'Everything Everywhere All at Once', and 'Top Gun: Maverick', etc. under the category of 'Best Picture'. 

Michelle Yeoh, Cate Blanchet in the 'Best Lead Actress'. 

Mandy Walker(Elvis), and Roger Deakins(Empire of light) under the category of 'Best Cinematography'.

Movies like 'The Quite Girl from Ireland', 'Argentina 1985 from Argentina', and 'EO from Poland' are included in the 'Best International Feature Film'. Other categories for the Oscars 2023 are 'Best Original score', 'Best Visual Effects', 'Best Animated Short Film', 'Best Lead Actor', 'Best Supporting Role -Male/Female' etc.

The Oscars 2023 will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at the Dolby theatres in Los Angeles, United States.

WHEN & WHERE TO WATCH

On March 13, 2023, at 5 IST and 1:00 GMT, the awards will begin. In India, the Award ceremony will be accessible to the Indian audience only on Disney Hotstar.

PRESENTERS OF OSCARS 2023

A long list of presenters was chosen for the Oscars 2023 including the Indian actress Deepika Padukone. Other celebrities include Riz Ahmed, Dwayne Johnson, Michael B Jordan, Jessica Chastain, Hugh Grant, Nicole Kidman, Emily Blunt, and many others to be counted.
