Recently, Vicky shared his admiration for legendary Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan after meeting him. The actor posted a couple of heartfelt pictures on Instagram along with an emotional note, describing how much the singer means to him.

The first picture captured a touching moment between the two. Vicky was seen sitting on the floor with his head resting on Gurdas Maan’s lap while both shared warm smiles. The second photo showed them posing together for the camera.

The actor revealed that he grew up listening to Gurdas Maan’s music and has always looked up to him. Spending time with the legendary singer was a special experience for Vicky, who called it a blessing.

Their bond goes back a few years. Gurdas Maan was one of the special guests at Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding in Rajasthan. During the celebrations, he blessed the couple and performed a live rendition of his popular song “Teri Jodi Jeeve” for the newlyweds.

Gurdas Maan is one of the most respected names in Punjabi music and cinema. He became famous across India in 1980 with his hit song “Dil Da Mamla Hai.” Over the years, he has released more than 34 albums and written over 305 songs. In 2015, he collaborated with Diljit Dosanjh on the popular track “Ki Banu Dunia Da” for MTV Coke Studio India.
