Brahmastra: Deepika Padukone to be seen as 'Parvati' in Brahmastra Part 2? [Details Inside]

Deepika to play Parvati in Brahmastra 2: The Brahmastra trilogy by Ayan Mukerji was announced. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy play the key characters in the first installment of the movie. The film is scheduled for release on September 9, 2022, after spending five years in production.

There will be a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh Khan in the movie, and Deepika Padukone is allegedly in Brahmastra as well. Brahmastra's trailer was released a few weeks ago, and so far, it's been well received. It has now been revealed that a new character by the name of "Dev" will be introduced in the second act of the movie. Also, Deepika Padukone is said to play the role of Parvati in Brahmastra 2 as per the latest reports.

Yes! As per the reports, the Brahmastra 2 would concentrate on the lives of MahaDev and Parvati, two important characters. "Deepika Padukone is the only actress the filmmakers have chosen to portray Parvati.

A source states,"Deepika will play Parvati in Brahmastra 2. Deepika Padukone has been cast by the filmmakers as the role of Parvati. In addition, Deepika will also make a cameo in Brahmastra in the conclusion, which will eventually lead to the second portion of the movie” the source added.

Meanwhile, there has been no confirmation made by the makers of the film till now, so we have to wait for the official announcement.

Besides, the makers on Sunday 17 July released the much awaited song ‘Kesariya’ from the film crooned by Arijit Singh.

The movie Brahmastra is getting ready to premiere on September 9, 2022. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, making it one of the most widely distributed movies in Indian cinema.
