Cricketer Rishabh Pant injured in road accident; condition critical

Cricketer Rishabh Pant news: Cricketer Rishabh Pant was seriously injured in a road accident. This incident took place while he was driving home from Delhi to Roorkee at Narsan, Haridwar district which is 90 kilometres from Dehradun.

While he was driving his car this major accident took place. After which he came out of his burning car after breaking its window. The police officer said that he was out of danger and has been referred to Dehradun for treatment. As per the reports, the batsman of the Indian cricket team was all alone in the car when his Mercedes GLE car hit the divider railings on the Delhi-Haridwar highway at around 5:30 am. The car then caught fire and Rishabh somehow managed to make his way out of the car. He was then rushed to the hospital in Dehradun. After the incident, the cops rushed to the accident spot.

Talking about his injuries the senior police officer said that he had injuries on his forehead, hand and right knee. The car that he was driving was completely burnt. It is also said that he fell asleep while driving due to which the accident took place. He has a cut on his left eyebrow and a ligament injury on his right knee apart from having bruises on his back.

According to the reports, the burnt car is taken for investigation. Further, the doctor informed that the cricketer is undergoing some treatments to check whether there is any internal injury or not. Once they have checked on him they will inform him soon inform about the seriousness of the injuries and the treatments required to be done. Later, the doctor informed me that he is in stable condition but it will take time for him to recover.
