Tarsem Jassar and Wamiqa Gabbi will share the screen for the first time in their next film 'Galwakdi.' The film had been announced for some time but had to be delayed owing to the covid outbreak.
Now, the long-awaited trailer for the film has been released, it was worth the wait. The trailer opens with Tarsem Jassar scolding everyone around him for spreading dirt on his work table, then explains how illnesses spread from filth and dust, affecting the entire planet.
Tarsem's character in the film is all about the organized guy who always talks about rules, regulations, and discipline. Wamiqa Gabbi, on the other hand, has a very different personality from Tarsem.
Wamiqa Gabbi, a guest at Tarsem's residence, is a cheerful and lively young lady. As we all know, opposites attract, so Tarsem Jassar soon falls in love with Wamiqa. Little did he realize, however, that his world would be turned upside down when Wamiqa Gabbi was injured in a car accident.
With its hilarious punches delivered by Tarsem's parents in the film, played by BN Sharma and Seema Kaushal, the trailer has not only created a buzz but has also left everyone in splits.
Raghveer Boli, Rupinder Rupi, Honey Mattu, Sukhi Chahal, Harby Sangha, and others will be seen playing significant roles in the film.
The movie is being helmed by Sharan Art and bankrolled by Manpreet Johal, Ashu Munish Sahni, Aniket Kawade, Savin Sarin under the banner Vehli Janta Films & Omjee Star Studios.
Galwakdi is all set to release in theaters on December 31.
