Johnny Depp makes first appearance on Television since defamation trial

Johnny Depp at MTV VMAs 2022: Hollywood star Johnny Depp, who was in the headlines for a long time now river his defamation trial against Amber Heard, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star made his first appearance on Television at  MTV VMAs 2022.

At MTV VMAs 2022, Johnny Depp marked his appearance as the Moon Person. He popped in for a few one-liners at the show.

As per the report, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star Johnny Depp didn't appear physically at VMAs as his face appeared digitally in the helmet of a Moon Person.

"And you know what? I needed the work," he said in the beginning of the show. "Hey VMAs, let's get back to the f--king music, shall we?" he said during his second appearance after a commercial break.

Johnny Depp took to Instagram and shared a pre-recorded clip. He said that he just wanted to tell the people that he was available for birthdays, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, weddings, wakes, any old thing they need.

This time, Depp was not having any nomination. Earlier, he has bagged awards for best male performance, best villain, global superstar and the generation award.

Johnny Depp's appearance at MTC VMAs 2022 came a few months after his controversial defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.
