Kapil Sharma marks OTT debut with 'I Am Not Done yet'; spilled beans about his late night drunk tweets

Kapil Sharma recently informed his admirers of the good news via social media. On his Instagram account, he posted a video in which he talks about his first standup comedy on the OTT platform Netflix.

As soon as the comedian shared the video, his fans and followers were ecstatic about the news.

Comedian Kapil Sharma's next Netflix show, Kapil Sharma: I Am Not Done Yet, has been announced. He also shared a small glimpse of his show with everyone and while sharing the video, he captioned, "Don’t tell Netflix that I have leaked the footage ? “Kapil Sharma: I Am Not Done Yet”! @netflix_in @beingustudiosofficial #kapilsharmaonnetflix ❤️?"

In the video, shared by the comedian he is heard joking about the Maldives days incident after his drunk tweet.  "I spent eight or nine days in the Maldives. I requested a room with no internet access from my hotel personnel. He inquired as to whether I had come here after being married, to which I replied that I had arrived via Twitter."

He adds, "The Maldives cost me Rs 9 lakh. That was the cost of my entire education. I seriously want to file a case on Twitter. When a politician sends out a tweet, Twitter will sometimes flag it as manipulative. They may label my tweets as 'drunk tweets, please ignore them.' I would have saved a lot of money if I had known about it earlier."

Kapil is referring to the tweet that sparked widespread outrage in this video. He jokes that he traveled to the Maldives for 8-9 days after he finished tweeting. He also stated that he intends to bring a Twitter case.

Kapil also adds, " I would have been able to save money if I had done so. I'm not sure how our country's system works, but if I chat to you at night, you must also talk to me at night. What a way to add salt to my wounds! My ideology has changed since that morning."
