'Karthikeya 2' stands strong against 'Laal Singh Chaddha', 'Raksha Bandhan' with '300% growth in North India'
'Karthikeya 2' box office collection and budget: The Telugu film industry is undoubtedly giving tough competition to Bollywood. In the meanwhile, Nikhil Siddhartha's fantasy adventure 'Karthikeya 2' is giving tough competition to Hindi biggies 'Laal Singh Chaddha' and 'Raksha Bandhan' in the North India belt.
The Hindi version of 'Karthikeya 2' hit the theatres on Saturday with small screen space and yet the film showed a 300 percent growth in collections within two days of release.

Film Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the box office collection of 'Karthikeya 2'.

He tweeted, "Karthikeya 2 - dubbed in Hindi - is creating noise in the Hindi market, despite releasing on Sat, facing giants like LSC and RB and showcasing at veryyy few screens/shows... Sat 7 lacs, Sun 28 lacs. Total: ₹ 35 lacs... Growth of 300% on Day 2. HINDI version."
'Karthikeya 2' has been receiving positive responses and now it's doing well in North India as well. The film also features Anupam Kher in a small cameo appearance.

Reportedly, the 'Karthikeya 2' is made under the budget of Rs 30 crores and yet the film is getting immense love from India and overseas.
Notably, the film has become Nikhil Siddhartha's biggest blockbuster so far. The film is said to be a mystery adventure drama that revolves around the untold story of Lord Krishna and showcases the Indian culture like never before.
