Koffee With Karan 7: Aamir Khan says he and ex-wife Kiran Rao ‘will always be a family’

Koffee With Karan season 7 Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Episode: Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, who is currently making headlines for his upcoming movie 'Laal Singh Chaddha', appeared on Karan Johar-hosted 'Koffee With Karan' and opened up about his equation his ex-wives Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta.

In the latest episode of Karan Johar’s show 'Koffee With Karan Season 7', 'Laal Singh Chaddha' stars Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor were invited to brew some coffee.

In the upcoming episode, Aamir Khan shared about his relationship with ex-wife Kiran Rao. He said that it was all about love and respect.

While talking to Karan, Aamir revealed that there can be no ‘acrimonious moment’ in his relationship.

“I have the highest regard and respect for both of them. Hum log hamesha parivar he rahenge (We will always be a family,” he said.

Aamir was earlier married to Reena Dutta before getting married to Kiran Rao. Kiran and Aamir announced their divorce in 2021. However, they both continue to co-parent their son Azad Rao Khan.

Besides, Aamir has two kids -- son Junaid Khan and daughter Ira Khan -- from his first marriage. Aamir further revealed about his relationships with his exes were not rocky as a lot of people assume.

“We all get together once a week, no matter how busy we are. There is a lot of genuine care, love and respect towards each other,” he said.
