Teaser of 'Friday Night Plan' Released: Babil Khan and Juhi Chawla to Star in Netflix's New Project, Following 'Qala' Success

Friday morning has took us by surprise by the news of Juhi Chawla coming back into the TV screens along-with late Irrfan Khan's son Babil Khan. Yes, the veteran actress is returning back on the small screens with the upcoming Netflix original series 'Friday Night Plan' alongside 'Qala' actor Babil Khan. The makers including lead actor Babil has shared the show's teaser on Instagram and shooked the people with an utter excitement. 

A fun coaster ride!

Meanwhile the iconic actress Juhi Chawla surprised her fans with her upcoming web series on twitter. In the one-minute long teaser, Babil was seen sharing a close bond with Juhi Chawla as a mother and son duo which will also feature Amrith Jayan as a show's lead character, playing Babil's little brother. As per the teaser, the show will be a fun ride ensuing the plan two brothers make when their mom leaves them home alone. Sounds truly exciting, Isn't It?

Directed by Vatsal Neelakantan, the 'Friday Night Plan' is jointly produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Kassim Jagmagia under the banner of Excel entertainment. Featuring Babil Khan and Amrith Jayan on leads, the web series will feature Juhi Chawla and Medha Rana on some pivotal roles. Exclusively helmed by OTT streaming platform Netflix, the show is slatted to release on September 1, 2023.

The shared teaser!

Babil and Netflix shared the teaser on Instagram and wrote, "Two unsupervised siblings in a room… they might have the most epic #FridayNightPlan! Premieres on 1st September, only on Netflix!" On the other hand Juhi Chawla wrote on Twitter, "Your #FridayNightPlan is on us" added with the release date. The Friday surprise has seemed to be work pretty well and the fans have taken over the Internet shore by storm and poured their excited heart out about the upcoming 'Friday Night Plan.'

Talking about their work fronts, Babil Khan made his acting debut through Anvita Dutt's Netflix movie 'Qala' which received a huge critical acclamation from the psychological thriller suckers. On the other hand Juhi Chawla was last seen in the web series 'Hush Hush' alongside Soha Ali Khan, Karishma Tanna, Kritika Kamra and Shahana Goswami. Other lead character played by Amrith Ranjan, will be seen on the television screens for the first time and being a debutant alongside such industry icons must be insane for the guy to give a Kickstart to his acting career.
