RRR's song 'Naatu Naatu' in Golden Globe Awards 2023: At the 2023 Golden Globe Awards, SS Rajamouli's "RRR" hit the jackpot by taking home the award for the best original song- movie for its popular song "Naatu Naatu."

The RRR song Naatu Naatu won the Best Song award this year, and 'Wednesday' actress Jenna Ortega announced it. This made the Golden Globe Awards extra special for India. 
The music for Naatu Naatu was composed by MM Keeravaani, and the lyrics were written by Chandrabose. Naatu Naatu was choreographed by Prem Rakshith. SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, Junior NTR, and MM Keeravaani applauded from the audience when the award was given to MM Keeravaani.

Prior to that, "RRR" managed to land two positions on the 2023 Golden Globe Awards nomination list.

"RRR" was up for nominations in the Best Picture - Non-English Language and Original Song - Motion Picture categories.

'Naatu Naatu' has received a third significant international nomination. The song was written by Kala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj and was composed by MM Keeravaani. Golden Globe and Critics' Choice Award nominations had already been made for it.

The title RRR, an abbreviation for "Rise Roar Revolt," refers to the book's portrayal of the Indian independence movement against the British and the Nizam of Hyderabad, the ruler of Hyderabad, a sovereign state in India.

The cast of RRR includes well-known actors from Bollywood, including Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, as well as Telugu actors Ram Charan and Junior NT Rama Rao.
