Sargun Mehta to play 'cop' in Mission Cindrella: Punjabi actor Sargun Mehta is known for her cheery personality, but in Akshay Kumar's Mission Cinderella, she will be seen playing the rigorous role of 'cop.'
That's right, you read that correctly. Sargun Mehta, who has appeared in a number of Punjabi films, is slated to make her Bollywood debut in Akshay Kumar's 'Mission Cinderella,' which also stars Rakulpreet Singh. Sargun Mehta and Akshay Kumar will portray 'cop' in the film, a picture from the set went viral recently.
Last year in August 2021, the film went on the floors as announced by the makers. The film is being produced under the banner of Pooja Entertainment. If reports are to be true, the movie follows the story of a psycho murderer who preys on young girls and continues to escape from the police.
The film is also the official Hindi remake of the Tamil thriller--Ratsasan. Directed by Ranjit M Tiwari; Akshay Kumar, Rakulpreet, and Sargun Mehta starrer Mission Condrella' will be released on April 29th on Disney Plus Hotstar.

Meanwhile, Sargun Mehta also has the Punjabi movie 'Saunkan Saunkne' with Nimrat Khaira and Ammy Virk which will be released in theaters on May 13th.
