Singer Yo-Yo Honey Singh files FIR for 'mishandling' at South Delhi

Yo-Yo Honey Singh files FIR: Singer Yo Yo Honey Singh, who came to perform a show in a club in South Delhi, has been allegedly misbehaved and scuffled by a group of people. A complaint was lodged against a group of four to five unidentified people after singer Yo Yo Honey Singh was allegedly assaulted at a club in South Delhi on March 27. Based on this complaint, Delhi Police has now registered an FIR.

According to the reports, the Delhi Police has registered an FIR after Yo Yo Honey Singh and his lawyer Ishan Mukherjee complained of 'nuisance, abuse and intimidation on March 28. Police said that the incident took place on March 27 at Scholl Club in South Extension-2. According to the FIR, Yo Yo Honey Singh had come to perform at the club on the intervening night of March 26 and 27. Then on the night of March 27, during the show, a group of four-five people forcibly climbed onto the stage and started scuffling with the cast.

"The 4-5 unknown individuals began misbehaving and disrupting the show," the FIR stated. They began throwing beer at the audience and forced the performers onto the stage. Following that, a man in a checkered shirt grabbed my (Singh) hand and began pulling me to the front. I tried to avoid it, but the guy continued to challenge and threaten me. He was also armed, which I noticed. 'Bhaga Diya Honey Singh ko,' remarked another person in a red shirt who was filming.

According to the complaint, all of the musicians, including Honey Singh, left the stage, and Honey Singh had to quit the event midway due to the intensity of the situation. The police have filed a report under the sections of deliberate infliction of bodily harm, criminal intimidation, and others. Honey Singh and his lawyer have yet to make a statement on the subject.
