Get Ready to Groove: Guru Randhawa Unwraps Catchy Beats in 'G Thing' Album
Guru Randhawa has recently dropped his latest album, 'G Thing,' featuring nine vibrant tracks such as 'Deja Vu,' 'All Right,' 'Love Prayer,' 'G Class,' 'Chill Mode,' 'Da One,' 'No News,' 'Stuck on U,' and 'Sunrise.'
Guru pays tribute to his Punjabi roots by blending traditional folk melodies, instruments, and vocal styles with his pop compositions. Tracks like 'G Class' and 'Chill Mode' showcase the rhythmic essence of Punjabi folk, creating a culturally rich sonic experience.
Taking to Instagram, Guru shared videos of the tracks, giving fans a sneak peek into the album. Additionally, Guru is set to make his acting debut in the Punjabi film 'Shahkot,' where he will play the role of Iqbal Singh, a passionate Punjabi youth determined to fulfill his dreams abroad. The film, directed by Rajiv Dhingra, who aims to captivate audiences globally with its heart-touching exploration of love versus duty. 'Shahkot' is scheduled to hit theaters on February 9, 2024.
Apart from this, Guru Randhawa is also set to headline the film 'Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay' alongside Saiee Manjrekar and Anupam Kher, though the official release date is yet to be announced.
