Taapsee Pannu-starrer Shabaash Mithu's release date locked

‘Shabaash Mithu’ cast and release date: The release date of the much-awaited sports drama, featuring Taapsee Pannu as Mithali Raj, has been locked. The film will show the magical moments of Indian women's cricket on the big screen.

You will get to see the women’s cricket team’s achievements besides the highs and lows Mithali Raj faced in her life.

Shabaash Mithu Cast:

Besides Tapsee Pannu, the cast of ‘Shabaash Mithu’ includes Vijay Raaz. The film has been directed by noted Bengali filmmaker Srijit Mukherji.

Shabaash Mithu’s initial release date was set as February 4, 2022. Last year, Taapsee shared a photo after completing the shoot for the film. She wrote, “I was 8 when someone made me dream that one day, cricket won’t be just a gentleman’s game. Even we will have our team and identity. ‘Women in Blue’. We are coming soon. #ShabaashMithu It’s a film wrap! Get ready to cheer for the World Cup 2022! #WomenInBlue.”
