Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the most watched and oldest shows on Indian television. It has been making headlines due to the departure of some of actors and the addition of new ones. The show's producer recently reported that the series is in its fifteenth year and that modifications are necessary. publive-image Fans are disappointed with this new development and want their original Taarak Mehta to rejoin. Shailesh Lodha, the actor who once portrayed Taarak Mehta in the serial, has announced his departure from the show. Sachin Shroff has now replaced the character. He revealed that the new character of Mrs. Popatlal will be joining TMKOC quite shortly. He claimed that, in keeping with Asit Kumar Modi's announcement that new characters would be appearing in the serial, the most significant person he wished to inform is Mrs. Popatlal. While all of the other actors have been replaced, Asit Kumarr Modi has promised to either bring Disha Vakani back soon or introduce a new Dayaben.
