Actor Ghanshyam Nayak also known as 'Nattu Kaka' from 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' battles Cancer!

Famous television actor Ghanshyam Nayak, also known as ‘Nattu Kaka’ from the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has revealed that he has been diagnosed with cancer.

The actor has recently restarted his treatment. He also resumed to his work and shot a special episode of his show even after he started his treatment.

Few months, back, Nattu Kaka underwent surgery for the knots in his neck. Now, yet again new knots have been found and the actor is now undergoing chemotherapy. In an interview, Ghanshyam and his son revealed about the same.

As per the reports, the actor has requested all his fans to keep him in your prayers so he gets well. He is so positive that he flew down to Daman to shoot a special scene of the show amid his cancer treatment.

Ghanshyam told, “My health is fine, but treatment had to be started again. Currently, I am undergoing chemotherapy sessions. It was after four months that I shot a special episode for Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah in Daman last week. Believe me, I enjoyed a lot.”

The actor underwent surgery last year when eight knots were found in his neck. Recently, after a following test, new knots were found for which he is undergoing chemotherapy now.

Ghanshyam’s son Vikas while talking to a national daily said, “He is not facing any problem, but we did not want to take risk. We just need to take papa to hospital once a month for the sessions. I hope the spots are gone by the time we go for his test again next month.”
