When asked about Kriti Sanon, the filmmaker said, "I think she's phenomenal." I mean, she's so genuine and pure, and it's a pleasure to work with her. Kriti has nailed the mental clarity required to play the role she is playing. She's also getting trained because she has to speak Telugu, which she doesn't speak, in addition to focusing on her diet and everything else. It just goes to show how much passion and dedication she brings to the table. So it was a pleasure to collaborate with her."
