After the success of 'The Kashmir Files', film director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri is all set for his next movie 'Delhi Files'. 'The Kashmir Files' did very well at the box office. It featured Anupam Kher, and Mithun Chakraborty among the others in the lead roles.
Taking to Twitter, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri announced the title of his new film 'The Delhi Files'.
He wrote: "I thank all the people who owned The Kashmir Files. For the last 4 years, we worked very hard with utmost honesty and sincerity. I may have spammed your TL but it’s important to make people aware of the GENOCIDE and injustice were done to Kashmiri Hindus."

"It’s time for me to work on a new film," he wrote while announcing the title of the film. "#TheDelhiFiles," he wrote in another tweet.
Horrific violence broke out in Northeast Delhi in February-March 2020 between Hindus and Muslims following a protest by the Muslim women, on the Seelampur-Jaffrabad road, against the Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019.
Violence broke out after the Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kapil Mishra had allegedly threatened to physically remove the protesters if they don't clear out themselves.
As per the report, as many as 53 people were killed while several properties were destroyed. Several local residents were forced to leave the area during the violence.
