The impressive transformation was created by Yash Raj Films' in-house visual effects team, yFX Studios. Head of yFX Studios and VFX Supervisor Sherry Bharda explained that today's audiences notice even the smallest details, so the effects had to look completely natural.

The team used a combination of artificial intelligence and visual effects to recreate Bobby's younger appearance. However, the process was not easy. Finding suitable old footage of Bobby with matching camera angles and lighting was a major challenge. The artists had limited material to work with and had to carefully recreate every detail, including his skin, wrinkles, facial expressions, and especially his eyes.

Sherry revealed that AI can sometimes create faces with lifeless-looking eyes, so the team combined AI with manual visual effects work. This allowed artists to stay in control of every frame and preserve Bobby's original expressions.
