Salman Khan recalls a strange paranormal experience at his Galaxy Apartments home on Koffee With Karan Season 9, sharing how he felt an unseen presence in his bedroom.
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan shared an unusual experience from his life during the opening episode of Koffee With Karan Season 9. While the conversation began with memories from the past, it soon took a mysterious turn when Salman spoke about feeling an unseen presence in his bedroom at his home, Galaxy Apartments.
The conversation also brought back memories of filmmaker Karan Johar’s first visit to Salman’s home, where he had gone to narrate the story of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Recalling the incident, Karan said, “When I visited you on the set of Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai (1998), you were on the 2 pm to 10 pm shift. I arrived at 2 pm. At 9 pm, you told me to come home with you.”

Karan Johar Recalls Salman Khan’s Tiny BedroomKaran shared that Salman’s family, including Salim Khan, Salma, Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan, lived together at Galaxy Apartments. What surprised him the most was Salman’s small bedroom, which had only one cupboard and one bed.
Recalling the moment, Karan said, “The family stayed together, including Salim Khan, Salma, Arbaaz, and Sohail. And you had the tiniest room with one cupboard and one bed. I was shocked, thinking, ‘Is this actually Salman Khan’s bedroom?’ As soon as we entered, you took off your clothes and stood there in yellow shorts. I was struggling to ensure that it didn’t seem like I was looking at you.”

However, the story soon became more mysterious when Salman shared what he had experienced inside that very room.
Salman Khan Talks About a Mysterious PresenceSalman revealed that he never stayed alone in the room because he felt that someone was always there, even though he had never seen the person or thing he sensed.
“I never stayed alone in that room. I always stayed there with somebody whom I had never seen, only heard. Every time I came out of that room, the lights flickered. The cupboards used to open on their own; the music system would turn on on its own. Whenever I was in the bathroom, I could feel someone’s presence outside, fidgeting with the cupboards.”

The actor explained that these strange incidents made him believe that something was present in the room. When Karan asked whether the room was haunted, Salman clarified, “Not haunting… but a presence was felt.”
He further shared, “Whenever I played music, I could feel its presence. So, I used to play music for it and walk out of the room. There was a billiards table outside, and whenever we played there, we could hear that someone was inside the room.”
Salman’s Unexpected Response to the Strange Experience
Despite describing these unusual incidents, Salman said he was never frightened because the presence had not harmed him. His response to the situation was as unexpected as it was humorous.
When Karan asked if it ever freaked him out, Salman replied, “No, because it didn’t do anything. My only request to it was: ‘If you are a really beautiful woman, then reveal yourself to me.’.
