Inside DLF The Dahlias

DLF launched The Dahlias in October 2024 as a 17-acre super-luxury residential development in DLF Phase 5. The project has around 420 apartments and penthouses, with regular apartments reportedly priced between ₹100 crore and ₹170 crore.

The project is designed for buyers looking for large homes, privacy and premium amenities. DLF expects The Dahlias to generate more than ₹40,000 crore in revenue and has already sold a large share of its units.

Why Luxury Real Estate Is Growing?

The deal reflects a larger trend in India’s luxury housing market. Since the pandemic, wealthy buyers have shown growing interest in spacious and exclusive homes.

Gurugram, especially areas around Golf Course Road, has emerged as one of the preferred destinations for luxury housing. DLF’s earlier project, The Camellias, also helped establish the area as one of India’s most premium residential addresses.

For buyers like Manav Sardana, ultra-luxury real estate is not just about owning a home. It is also about location, space, privacy and exclusivity, making properties like The Dahlias a growing part of India’s high-end lifestyle market.
