Even cricketing superstar Virat Kohli was not immune to Shubh's charismatic appeal. In a public display of admiration, Kohli once tweeted, "Currently, my favorite artist is Shubh..." However, recent developments indicate that Kohli has distanced himself from the artist by unfollowing him on various social media platforms.

The Controversy Unfolds

The controversy surrounding Shubh began when he shared a map of India on his social media account, noticeably omitting the regions of Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab. This omission raised eyebrows and led to accusations of Shubh endorsing Khalistan, a sensitive and divisive issue in India. The controversy coincided with the active search for Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh by Indian authorities. Shubh's caption on the post, which read, "Pray for Punjab," further fueled the allegations.

Adding to the turmoil, Shubh also posted an image related to the Indian Space Research Organization's (ISRO) moon mission. It is widely believed that Shubh was discussing the Chandrayaan-3 mission, possibly related to his upcoming show in Mumbai.
