Just a few months ago, Kajol spent a whopping Rs 16 crore on a luxurious apartment. And now, she's expanded her property portfolio with a brand-new Mumbai office space. This new investment reflects her commitment to smart financial planning.
The actress recently acquired a 194.67 square meter office space in Mumbai, spending Rs 7.64 crore in the process. According to reports, the office space was sold by Vir Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd. It's located in the Signature Building, Oshiwara, on Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai. Kajol sealed the deal on July 28, but further details about this investment are yet to be made public.
Before this office space purchase, Kajol had already made a significant investment in real estate. She bought a lavish 2,493-square-foot apartment valued at Rs 16.50 crore. This property even comes with four reserved car parking spots, making it a truly luxurious addition to her assets.
It seems that smart investments run in the family, as Kajol's husband, Ajay Devgn, also recently made substantial real estate purchases. He acquired five office spaces worth an impressive Rs 45.09 crore.
On the professional front, Kajol's fans have something to look forward to as well. She is set to grace our screens once again in the upcoming film "Do Patti," where she stars alongside Kriti Sanon.
