'Arzoi,' a new Punjabi film starring Nirmal Rishi and Roopi Gill goes on the floor

Latest Punjabi entertainment news: Every new day a Punjabi film is being announced. Another Punjabi film has been added to the list, and this time it stars two of our Punjabi industry's most talented and well-known actors- Roopi Gill and Nirmal Rishi in teh lead. The film is titled as 'Arzoi', and the shoot of the film recently went on the floors.

'For the unversed, Arzoi is a Persian word that means "Ardas" or "Humble Request to Nanak." We can't help but be excited about the announcement of this film because the name itself is so lovely.

The announcement of the film was made sometime back and now the actors begin the shoot of the same. Sharing the pictures from the Mahurat, the makers have confirmed the information.

Ishaan Chopra, who has previosuly directed the film 'Doorbean', has announced Arzoi, stating that the film would be remembered fondly by all.

Shabeel Shamsher Singh, Jas Dhami, Ashu Munish Sahni, and Sukhmanpreet Singh will producing Arzoi, which will be released under the banner of Omjee Star Studios.

Roopi Gill and Nirmal Roshi previously worked together in the Punjabi film 'Vadda Kalakaar', in which Roopi played the lead and Nirmal Rishi had a supporting role.

After Vadda Kalakaar, which was Roopi's second film as a main actress, both Nirmal Rishi and Roopi Gill are ready to share the screen again after a long time.

Talking about the release date of the film, it is yet to be announced by the makers.
