Athiya Shetty, KL Rahul share glimpse of their lavish wedding

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul news: Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul finally tied the knot at Suniel Shetty's Khandala farmhouse on January 23. The couple also shared pictures online where they looked super cute together.

Further, both Athiya and Rahul took to their Instagram handle and shared a slew of pictures from their dreamy wedding. After posting the picture they captioned it which read they have learned how to love, they got married in the home which has given them immense joy and peace.

After which, the couple also wrote that they were grateful to the loved ones who witnessed the occasion. Lastly, they also wrote with a heart full of gratitude and love, they seek the elder's blessings on the journey of togetherness.

As soon as they posted the pictures their social media was flooded with fans comments pouring in from all sides. Some commented beautiful couple whereas some dropped heart emoticons. Interestingly Bollywood celebrities including Ajay Devgn, Kajol, Kartik Aaryan, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Vicky Kaushal and many others congratulated the couple.

Moving on, talking about the outfits, Athiya wore a pink lehenga for the wedding which was designed by Anamika Khanna. Athiya Shetty's chikankari wedding lehenga looked simple yet elegant as she chose to wear a pastel colour in place of a red one. The designer left no stone unturned to create this extremely beautiful outfit.

Furthermore, the entire lehenga was handmade, handwoven and made in silk with zardozi and jaali work. Then the veil and the dupatta were of silk fabric. For the unversed, li took 10000 hours to make this beautiful piece which means it took 416 days to create the elegant wedding lehenga. Then to complete her look she wore a huge neckpiece and matching accessories. On the other hand, Rahul wore a lightly embroidered sherwani with a stole.

However, as promised by Suniel Shetty the couple happily posed for the paparazzi. Suniel Shetty also shared his happiness with the media as he was found distributing sweets to everyone present.
