Ayushmann Khurrana unveils his first look from forthcoming 'Doctor G'!
On Monday, July 19, Ayushmann Khurrana unveiled his first glance as Doctor G. Ayushmann appeared goofy, dressed in a lab coat, black-rimmed glasses, and holding a medical book and stethoscope in his pocket. Dr. Uday Gupta will be played by Ayushmann in his upcoming film.

On July 14, Ayushmann Khurrana and the Doctor G crew began filming in Bhopal. Despite the fact that Rakul Preet was yet to join the team, she commented on Ayushmann's post that she can't wait to join the sets. Ayushmann has now released the first look from the Anubhuti Kashyap-directed film.

Doctor G is a comedy-drama set on a college campus that also stars Rakul Preet Singh. Anubhuti Kashyap directed the film, which also marks Ayushmann's debut collaboration with Rakul. Junglee Pictures, has backed the project. After the 2017 film Bareilly Ki Barfi and the 2018 film Badhaai Ho, this is Ayushmann's third collaboration with the production house.

Talking about the film, Ayushmann stated, "Doctor G is a subject that I am very excited about. We've all been waiting to start shooting the film because of the lockdown constraints, and we're pleased that the day has finally arrived. It's an honour to play a doctor for the first time on screen. I'm very delighted to begin shooting the film, not only because it will allow me to relive my memories of being a student and living in a hostel."
