Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha Seek Blessings at Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai

On Friday, actor Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha were seen at the Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. The couple, dressed in elegant white outfits, offered prayers at the temple.

Parineeti and Raghav recently got married on September 24 at the Leela Palace Hotel in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The wedding was an intimate affair with close friends, family, and notable personalities from both the entertainment industry and politics in attendance.

Raghav Chadha had recently returned from London after reportedly undergoing eye surgery. His extended stay abroad before the elections and during a critical time for the party, with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's arrest, sparked various speculations. The AAP clarified that Chadha was undergoing preventive surgery to address a severe eye condition that could have led to blindness. Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj confirmed this and reassured that Chadha would soon return to his duties.

Chadha is one of the star campaigners for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Upon his return, he visited Kejriwal, who is out on interim bail, and participated in several public meetings and campaign rallies in Delhi.

Meanwhile, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in the film "Amar Singh Chamkila," directed by Imtiaz Ali. The movie, streaming on Netflix, tells the story of Punjab's original rockstar, Amar Singh Chamkila, who rose to fame in the 80s through his powerful music. Chamkila, played by Diljit Dosanjh, faced significant opposition which led to his assassination at 27. Parineeti plays the role of his wife, Amarjot Kaur.
