Ravi Kishan files FIR over alleged false and defamatory statements

Actor-turned-politician Ravi Kishan has filed an FIR against an individual accused of spreading false and misleading statements aimed at damaging his public image and reputation. The complaint claims that objectionable and defamatory remarks are being circulated across the Gorakhpur region with the intention of harming the MP’s social standing, political identity, and personal credibility.

According to the FIR copy, the statements are allegedly being spread through social media platforms, public spaces, and other channels in a “deliberate and premeditated manner.” The complaint describes these claims as baseless and misleading, adding that the campaign appears to be focused on creating a negative atmosphere around the politician.

The complaint further states that the alleged false narratives have no factual basis and are being circulated only to politically and socially defame Ravi Kishan. According to the complaint, multiple statements regarding Ravi Kishan are being issued “deliberately and in a premeditated manner” across social media platforms, public venues, and other mediums.

The FIR describes these statements as “untrue, baseless, and misleading.” It further adds, “The objective behind these statements is to tarnish Ravi Kishan's image in the public eye and to foster a malicious atmosphere against him.”

The complaint strongly alleges that the statements are part of a targeted effort to affect the MP’s public credibility and reputation. While the allegations have already triggered curiosity in political and entertainment circles alike, more details regarding the investigation are still awaited.
