Shabana Azmi's Rave Review of 'Dhak Dhak': Dia Mirza Fondly Calls Her 'Amma'

Dhak Dhak, as Bollywood's one of the another movie is gearing up for it's release, people are waiting with eager enthusiasm to delve in into the women centric creation. Set to release on 13 October, 2023, the storyline of the movie has grabbed a mesmerizing set of masses attention wherein they can indulge themselves into a road trip film led by all women. While the movie is in it's pre-release period, it has already started garnering attention and review from the Bollywood's mega insiders. The long list of which also bought in light veteran actress Shabana Azmi.

Shabana Azmi on Dhak Dhak

The classic icon of the tinsel town, Shabana Azmi shared her heartfelt review on the upcoming slice of life movie on Wednesday, 11 October 2023. Taking over her Instagram on Wednesday afternoon, the veteran actress shared the official poster of 'Dhak Dhak' featuring all the female leads. Down below the picture she captioned her review and wrote, "What a heartwarming film about female bonding. Kudos to the team. #Ratna Pathak Shah is splendid #Dia Mirza shines as the vulnerable but strong Uzma #Fatima Sana Shaikh is feisty and spirited #Sanjana Sanghi is funny and sweet. Do watch the film. Dia Mirza and Tarun Dudeja's reply

To her beautifully captioned opinion, lead actress Dia Mirza made a reply to Shabhana Ji while referring her Amma. "Thank you Amma this means the world coming from you. It is people like that have paved the path for us to learn, imbibe and follow. Thank you for being our beacon of light" Dia quoted. Followed by the actress's reply, director Tarun Dudeja came afront to share his feelings too, "I am so so glad that you liked it. You have inspired us for years. Thank you so much mam. It means the world to us at team Dhak Dhak" he wrote along with a red heart emoticon.

As stated earlier, the film will revolve around a road trip led by four women of varying ages starring Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ratna Pathak Shah and Sanjana Sanghi.
