Emergency: Milind Soman joins Kangana Ranaut's film as 'Sam Manekshaw'

Emergency: Kangana Ranaut never fails to surprise her fans with her opinion, as well as, outstanding performances in her films. The actress, who is currently in the works for her awaited film 'Emergency', is introducing the significant characters from her directorial film.

Recently, the 'Dhaakad' actress introduced the character of Field Marshall Sam Manekshaw which will be played by none other than Milind Soman.

While confirming the same, Kangana took to her social media and shared the first-look poster of Milind Soman as Sam Manekshaw in 'Emergency'.

Kangana Ranaut captioned the post, "Presenting the dynamic @milindrunning as #SamManekshaw, the man instrumental for saving India’s frontiers during the Indo-Pak war and whose service was as distinguished as his honesty; a charmer, a war hero and a visionary leader in #Emergency"

Ahead of Milind Soman, Kangana Ranaut was joined by Mahima Chaudhary as Pupal Jayakar, Anupam Kher as Jayapraksh Narayan, and Shreyas Talpade as  Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Milind Soman, on the other hand, was delighted to be on the borad with Kangana Ranaut and others. Sharing his happiness, Milind wrote: "Honoured to be a part of @kanganaranaut ’s directorial #Emergency and play the role of #SamManekshaw, the man who, with his wit and gallantry, led India to victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war!"

Kangana Ranaut will be donning the role of former Prime Minister of India Indira Gandhi.

The film is being helmed by Kangana Ranaut and is currently in its production phase.
