Bigg Boss 20: Punjabi actress Love Gill reaches Mumbai ahead of Grand Premiere of Salman Khan's show

Punjabi actress and model Love Gill has reached Mumbai ahead of the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 20. Hosted by Salman Khan, the upcoming season is already creating excitement with a new twist that gives viewers a direct role in selecting one of the contestants.

Love Gill was spotted at the Mumbai airport ahead of the show’s premiere. During her arrival, the actress was seen reciting Diljit Dosanjh’s popular statement, “Punjabi Aa Gaye Oye,” adding a strong Punjabi touch to her Bigg Boss journey.

Fans Will Decide Her Bigg Boss Entry

This season, the makers have introduced a special concept called ‘Fans Ka Faisla’. Under this twist, viewers will decide which contestant gets the final opportunity to enter the Bigg Boss house. Love Gill is competing against Rhiya Ahir for one spot in the house. Her appearance in the Bigg Boss 20 promo has already attracted attention, especially among fans of Punjabi entertainment.

Love has expressed her excitement about the opportunity and is ready to show her honest and unfiltered personality if the audience chooses her. Salman Khan has also introduced the concept in the promo, highlighting that fans should have a say in deciding who enters the house.

How the Voting works?

Viewers can vote for either Love Gill or Rhiya Ahir through the JioHotstar app. Voting is open until September 2 at 11:59 pm, while the final result is expected to be announced during the Bigg Boss 20 grand premiere on September 6.

Who is Love Gill? Her Journey in Punjabi Entertainment

Love Gill has built her career gradually, starting as a music video model before moving into television and Punjabi films. She completed her graduation from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar. She made her modelling debut with Karan Aujla’s song “Facts” and later appeared in Punjabi music videos including “Rakhdi” and “Peg Sheg.” She then moved towards acting with the Zee Punjabi show Tu Patang Main Dor.

Love Gill later made her Punjabi film debut with Kuriyan Jawan Bapu Pareshaan and went on to appear in projects such as Haterz, Shakkar Paare and Vekhi Ja Chhedi Na, where she played the lead role of Nikki.

Bigg Boss 20 Rumoured Contestants

The makers have not officially locked the complete contestant list yet. However, several names are being discussed, including Kushal Tanwar aka Gullu, Mary Kom, Amrapali Dubey, Isha Rikhi, Arishfa Khan, Khushi Dubey, Qazi Touqeer, Showik Chakraborty, Geeta Basra and Faissal Khan. Other reported names include Aryan Kelvin, Zayn Saifi and Vikrant Singh Rajpoot.

With Love Gill now in Mumbai, all eyes are on the audience’s decision and whether the Punjabi actress will become the newest member of the Bigg Boss 20 house.
