5 Women Win Gold for India

The biggest highlight of the tournament was India’s clean sweep in five weight categories.

Preeti Pawar won the gold medal in the Women’s 54kg category with an impressive all-round performance.
Jaismine Lamboria claimed gold in the Women’s 57kg category, dominating her opponents throughout the competition.
Priya secured the gold medal in the Women’s 60kg category after a confident display in the final.
Arundhati Choudhary lifted the gold medal in the Women’s 70kg category, showcasing her strength and determination.
Sakshi Chaudhary completed the golden run by winning the Women’s 51kg gold medal, helping India achieve a historic five-gold sweep

While India won 5 Gold Medals, Lovlina Borgohain came close but missed out on gold. She won silver in the women’s 70kg final after losing 4–1 to Australia’s Emma-Sue Greentree in a close fight.
