Shahid has always maintained that his wife Mira is his biggest supporter and critic. Meanwhile, Shahid Kapoor recently made a revelation about Mira Rajput’s first reaction after watching ‘Udta Punjab’.

Recently, Shahid was asked if he is an angry young man in real life. He said that he is not an angry person in real life. Likewise, he talked about an incident when he went with his wife to watch the film and how was her reaction.

After marrying Mira, Shahid said that he took her to see 'Udta Punjab' before it was even released. "We were watching the film in the editing room and when it was an interval, I turned towards her and she was literally five feet away," he said.

'Udta Punjab' actor said that his wife Mira Rajput looked at him and asked, "Are you this guy? Are you like him? I don’t want to be with you."

Shahid further said that he made her understand that he was only playing the character of a drug addict and that he was not at all like Tommy Singh in the real life.
