Dune: Prophecy Teaser out; Reports speculate Tabu to play an important role in the sci-fi Netflix series

Among the many films that had come recently, Dune has to have made the most profound impact among the modern day sci-fi genre as it has oozed and whacked viewers globally with it's impeccable storyline. After serving its fanatics with the sequel of Dune 2023, the makers are now all set to take the viewers into the journey of the past and the mystical land of Arrakis, where the prophecy has once echoed. I am talking about Dune: prophecy as the makers have recently unveiled it's promising looking teaser that will take the audiences around 10,000 years back before Dune gets unfolded. 

After receiving a successful response on Dune Part 1 and Dune Part 2, the third installment comes in line, Dune's prequel, set 10,000 years back in the past where sisterhood was the biggest religion of existence. It is Dune's prequel series about the dystopian past. Released by Max, it will revolve around Bene Gesserit sisterhood where they shall weave their hands amidst the sprawling Imperium. 

Tabu to play an integral role in Dune: Prophecy

As soon as the teaser came out in the public, an another buzz started surfacing around the nook and corners of the country that said about actress Tabu to play an integral role in the upcoming series. Yes, you heard it correct as many reports suggests about the presence of the Crew fame in the enthralling sci-fi series. The excitement has peaked on another level as one of a viewer took a screenshoot of a teaser shot featuring a veiled character, while an another pointed out a brief glimpse of a bare back scene. Even though, no one could spot the iconic actress anywhere clearly, such reportier adds more ignition among the fans. 

According to a true report by a media forum, it said that tabu is going to portray the role of Sister Francesca and described her characters as "Strong, intelligent, and alluring, Sister Francesca leaves a lasting impression in her wake. Once a great love of the Emperor, her return to the palace strains the balance of power in the capital."

Ever since the post went on the socials, it has started trending, as Tabu fans flocked under the comments section and ate it all. One of a user shared, "Oh I just know Tabu is gonna eat everyone up in this," while an another one exclaimed in joy, "The way Tabu is actually in Dune now???" Post after post, comments after comments are currently flooding with curiosity of whether such reports are true and if yes, the thought of until which extend Tabu is going to outshone her impeccable performance in the American series, makes us all feel alive.

Meanwhile, the sci-fi thriller series will also star Emily Watson, Travis Fimmel, Johdi May, Mark Strong, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, Olivia Williams, Josh Heuston, Chloe Lea, Jade Anouka, Faoileann Cunningham, Edward Davis, Aoife Hinds, Chris Mason, and Shalom Brune-Franklin in the prominent roles. Upon releasing the gripping teaser among the masses, the official synopsis read, "10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, Dune: Prophecy follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit."
