The damage feels 'too real to be true' now as Taylor Swift brings the 2nd part of her 11th Studio album; TTPD: The Anthology
The sensational pop icon, Taylor Swift has served yet again, served just like her legacy, with an enthralling stack of poetry that the Swifties are crazy about. Yes, I am talking about her recently released 11th Studio Album 'The Tortured Poets Department' and ever since it's release, we all are left in awe with its amusing yet so poetically driven lyrics, that feels too personal to be true. But, the TTPD has indeed proved, how it is well said, 'nobody can write like Taylor.'
The artist cum therapist of the 'Heartbroken', Swift released the most anticipated album in the wee hours of the Friday morning. And, as we all were breaking and breaking with the whole musical catalog, and Just when Swifties thought they couldn't handle any more emotional turmoil from the iconic 11th studio album, she bombarded the globe with a whopping surprise that we were not ready for. Not at all. Taking over her Instagram handle, Taylor weaved her words and quipped "Hola! We're just getting started" and went on calling the surprise as 'The Anthology'.
The '2 AM Surprise' to be precise! Just an hour ago, the Eras Tour sensation took over her Gram to share a poster featuring her and with its title 'The Tortured Poets Department. The Anothology'. Below in the caption, she quoted, "It's a 2 AM surprise: The Tortured Poets Department is a secret DOUBLE album. I’d written so much tortured poetry in the past 2 years and wanted to share it all with you, so here’s the second installment of TTPD: The Anthology. 15 extra songs. And now the story isn’t mine anymore… it’s all yours."
This surprising expansion got out public right after two hours of the original album and her fanatics were surely not ready to face another turmoil of emotional damage so soon but she possesses the magic to pull people off with her lyrics and drown us into her musical prowess of sheer relatibility which we are bound to attract towards. And Indeed people call her correct, 'She is a poet' or when they say 'Taylor Swift is the Music Industry'.
The Original album contains 16 songs in total while the 'The Anthology' has 15 songs that are well equipped songs that titles - The Prophecy, Peter, The Albatross, Bolter, Robin, and many others. While announcing the release, Swift wrote, "This period of the author's life is now over, the chapter closed and boarded up. There is nothing to avenge, no scores to settle once wounds have healed. And upon further reflection, a good number of them turned out to be self-inflicted. This writer is of the firm belief that our tears become holy in the form of ink on a page. Once we have spoken our saddest story, we can be free of it."
