Is 'Besharam Rang' of 'Pathaan' copy of Pakistani song? Here's all you need to know
'Besharam Rang' song controversy: 'Pathaan', the highly anticipated movie starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, is going to hit theatres. The movie is already surrounded by controversy, and the Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone duet "Besharam Rang" has been making headlines for a number of different reasons.

A few political heavyweights expressed disapproval of the song's choreography and expressed shock at Deepika's saffron-colored swimwear.
Sajjad Ali, a Pakistani musician, has come forward and shared a video of his song "Ab Ke Hum Bichare," which the internet thinks to be the original tune that Besharam Rang songwriters Vishal-Shekhar 'copied'.

A while back, Sajjad posted a video of himself singing "Hum Bichare" to Instagram along with the caption, "After listening to a new movie's soundtrack, It reminded me of the song I published 26 years ago, Ab Ke Hum Bichare. Enjoy!!” Users in the comments section were quick to make analogies, despite the singer's refusal to adopt the name of the song that reminded him of his own song.

Shah Rukh Khan will be making a comeback to the big screen after an absence of more than four years. In addition to Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, there are rumors that Hrithik Roshan will make a cameo appearance in the movie. The movie ‘Pathaan’ is slated to be released in theaters on January 25.
