Diljit Dosanjh’s Jogi movie release date and star cast: Punjabi actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh is all set for his OTT debut with the upcoming feature film ‘Jogi’ and now the teaser of the upcoming film is out now.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Jogi’ features Diljit Dosanjh in the lead role. The film is based on the situation of Delhi's 1984 riots. The film focuses more on the tale of a resilient friendship and courage during times of adversity.

Notably, Ali Abbas Zafar is donning two hats -- Director and Producer. The film is also being produced by Himanshu Kishan Mehra.

Earlier, Diljit Dosanjh was seen in several Hindi films, including ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Soorma’ and ‘Good Newwz’. Now, Diljit will be seen in ‘Jogi’ which he said that it was one of his most amazing experiences as an actor.

For Diljit Dosanjh, the character 'Jogi' is one of the most amazing experiences he worked for. Besides, the film also marks his OTT debut on Netflix.

The team of 'Jogi' has worked hard. In the meanwhile, Diljit even thanked Ali Abbas Zafar and Himanshu Kishan for bestowing faith in him. The director also said that ‘Jogi’ was a special film for him.

‘Jogi’ movie star cast and release date

‘Jogi’ stars Kumud Mishra, Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub, Hiten Tejwani, and Amyra Dastur in key roles. The film is all set to release on September 16 on Netflix.
