‘Kantara’ movie Hindi OTT platform and release date: While Kannada movies have been receiving amazing responses across the country, the Kannada film industry has also been attracting an audience from northern India. Rishab Shetty has come up with yet another strong content ‘Kantara’. After delighting the fans with 'KGF', the Kannada film 'Kantara' has also been roaring loud.

Kantara is produced by Hombale Films, which has supported a lot of films that also include the blockbuster 'KGF 2'.

The film stars Rishab Shetty in the lead role while he is also donning the director's hat. Yes, you read it right. Rishab Shetty acted in the film as well as directed the thriller drama. He recently proved his versatility through ‘Hero’.

Apart from Rishab Shetty, the film also stars Kishore, Achuth Kumar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pramod Shetty. The cinematography has been done by Arvind S Kashyap, while the music has been given by B Ajaneesh Loknath.

The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The film revolves around ‘Shiva’ who is willing to do anything to take part in the centuries-old cultural program but he is restrained by some evil forces.

According to the reports, the film's digital rights were said to be sold to Amazon Prime Video but no confirmation about the same was made by the makers.

However, the Hindi dubbed version of the movie ‘Kantara’ is now streaming on the OTT platform Netflix.
