Lekh Film Review: The much-awaited Punjabi film 'Lekh', starring Gurnam Bhullar and Tania, was released worldwide on April 1. Not only the fans were excited but also the makers were equally waiting for the film and it has been receiving positive appreciation on the very first day of its release.
The Punjabi film 'Lekh' stars Gurnam Bhullar and Tania in key roles along with other stellar actors in the Punjabi industry. 'Lekh' also marks the last screen appearance of magnificent actor Kaka Kautki in a prominent role. The film is as promising as its trailer and the soundtrack. The performances of the actors have managed to win the hearts of the audience with Gurnam Bhullar receiving applause for his one-of-a-kind performance; be it his physical transformation or the 'lover boy avatar. Tania, on the other hand, has once again proven her versatility in acting.
Jagdeep Sidhu, the writer of the film has garnered much love for his unique representation of a simple yet classic love tale. As promised, by the star cast of the film 'Lekh'; the makers added stars to the film with Ammy Virk's cameo in it. Even with a short screen time, Ammy Virk delivered his best.
The film is helmed by Manvir Brar who marked his directorial debut with 'Lekh' and has previously worked with Jagdeep Sidhu in films like 'Sufna, Qismat, and others. B Praak, Jaani who has worked on the soundtrack of the film has proved no one can beat their kinda melodies. From the background score to the performance of the actors; 'Lekh' is a complete entertainer for the Punjabi movie buffs.
