‘Love Again’: Priyanka Chopra, Sam Heughan delight everyone with film's trailer

The ‘Desi Girl’ Priyanka Chopra’s new age Hollywood rom-com “Love Again” is hitting the cinemas on May 12, 2023. The actress shared the movie poster yesterday on her Instagram handle featuring both the leads, Priyanka and Sam Heughan respectively.

Written and directed by James C. Strouse, the romantic comedy “Love Again” released its trailer a day back and was already able to gain 4.3 million views. The movie is a remake of a 2016 German film “SMS fur Dich”, based on a novel by Sofie Cramer. Priyanka fans are awaiting eagerly her fun character in the movie. Priyanka as ‘Mira Ray’, a sorrowful protagonist loses her fiancée, and the afterlife without her lover is what has been put into the storyline of the movie.

The trailer has been kept simple and crisp, where Mira is shown to text her fiancée’s number to validate her feelings of loss and tragedy expecting nothing in return, not realising the number has been reassigned to Rob (Sam Heughan), a journalist. Such honest gushing confessional texts from an unknown number fascinates Rob to dig around the character.

Priyanka while sharing the poster on her Instagram, wrote “Nothing is a coincidence…everything you’re expecting is meant to happen….just like you looking at this caption or the poster”, in a true  ‘rom-com’ manner. Other than Priyanka and Sam, the movie is also starring Russel Tovey, Omid Djalili, Celia Imrie, and Celine Dion.
