Previous issues faced on Instagram

Twitter users started to complain about Instagram a week ago when they discovered they couldn't send or receive DMs.

Instagram does not respond to the problem, but many noticed that the bug appeared after the most recent update because both Android and iOS users reported it.

Before, a number of users expressed dissatisfaction about Instagram's refusal to provide them access to their cameras so they could record a narrative. Some individuals even complained they were unable to submit images or videos from their galleries.

However, nothing has been confirmed from the Instagram team about how much time would it take to resolve the issue.
