So let's look back at some of the veteran actor's best roles from his best movies throughout the years.

Baashha (1995)

Rajinikanth plays an auto-driver who is always trying to get away from his violent background in the Suresh Krissna-directed film Baashha. However, he is eventually compelled to go back to his mafia roots in order to defend his sister. Nagma and Raghuvaran are the movie's stars.

Padayappa (1999)

Baba (2002)

Rajinikanth has a special connection to the 2002 Tamil film "Baba," for which he also wrote the story and the screenplay. However, the movie did not perform well at the box office because critics gave it mediocre reviews. To appease his admirers, Rajinikanth has chosen to remaster "Baba" and re-release it in theatres.

Sivaji The Boss (2007)

One of the most successful movies was "Sivaji," Rajinikanth's first collaboration with filmmaker Shankar. For the occasion of Rajinikanth's 63rd birthday, the 2012 remake of the 2007 Tamil film was released in 3D. The picture continued to bring in money at the box office as fans enjoyed the reproduced version once more in theatres.

Kabali (2016)

One of the most well-liked films starring Rajinikanth is the gangster drama Kabali, directed by Pa Ranjith. Kabali is a rebel who spoke out against the discrimination Tamil laborers in Malaysia endured. After being imprisoned, he wants vengeance after being let out. The megastar gave one of his best performances in Kabali.
