Rajinikanth 72nd birthday special: Megastar Rajinikanth turned 72 years old on December 12. To celebrate the special day of the superstar, several fans shared slew of pictures and videos of the actor's journey in the film to date. Rajinikanth, often known as "Thalaiva" is also revered as a deity in the southern part of India. After working as a bus conductor in Bengaluru for ten years, Rajinikanth, aka Shivaji Rao Gaekwad, became a well-known superstar. Baashha (1995) Rajinikanth plays an auto-driver who is always trying to get away from his violent background in the Suresh Krissna-directed film Baashha.
